PUTRAJAYA, Aug 13 — A total of 21,241 foreigners have been deported to their respective countries of origin since the beginning of this year until last Aug 10, while another 15,957 people are still in immigration detention depots.

PUTRAJAYA, Aug 5 — Foreign nationals who have overstayed in Malaysia for a period of a year and below will be compounded RM1,000, Immigration director-general Datuk Khairul Dzaimee Daud said.

KUALA LUMPUR, July 30 — The Immigration Department will revoke the Long-Term Visit Pass of any foreigners who refused to pay the cost of quarantine upon returning from abroad, said its director-general Datuk Khairul Dzaimee Daud.
